Real Estate Terms:
In order to bid, each participant will present a cashier's check to the National Real Estate Auction Group for $1,000 and made payable to themselves on auction day. The check will be returned to each unsuccessful bidder immediately following the auction. The winning bidder will endorse said check over to McNeese Title to be used as a credit towards the total amount due.
A copy of the bidders drivers license is required.
The winning bidder will pay 10% down the day of auction. A Personal check is sufficient and will also be payable to the Title Company. The full balance will be payable at closing to the Title Company within 7 calendar days of the auction in the form of a cashier's check.
A warranty deed will be issued by the Sellers free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of record.
Closing Costs
Buyer will pay all closing costs to include 2013 taxes, no prorations.
Closing will take place at the offices of McNeese Title located at 36468 Emerald Coast Parkway, Destin, FL 32541.
Buyer’s Premium:
A buyer’s premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the high bid to determine the total price to be paid. The bidder will execute a purchase and sales agreement immediately following the sale.
Broker Participation:
No Broker participation for this court ordered sale.
Other terms:
The property is being sold "as is", "where is" and is only contingent upon court approval and the Sellers ability to deliver clear title.
